To transform the IT functions of our client , a joint project team of consultants and client staff worked in 3-week sprints to deliver tangible results in short time periods. We made sure that the ambitious targets could be met by assigning agile roles, e.g. product owner, scrum master, and fostering cooperation.
As a result, the IT back office department got full transparency on various improvement levers along customer centricity, operational excellence and both leadership and systemic challenges.
First improvements were carried out in various pilot teams and via reflection sessions with the local leadership.
