We supported our client in developing and implementing a self- sustaining Lean Transformation structure along the three dimensions: Change, E2E and OpEx.
Over the course of the project, we generated 10 % cost saving on the total cost base, of which 25% have already been implemented through E2E process optimization, capacity management, and other performance improvement tools.
Today, our client is working with a skilled team of local resources who are trained during the project and is further improving the business performance and efficiency independently.
